Kerrie Allman designs

	Kerrie lives just outside of London in the UK with her husband and 2 children. She is passionate about knitting and spends much of her free time designing and making children's clothes and toys. Occasionally designing for adults or using fabric instead of yarn all of Kerrie's designs rely on the combination of beautiful materials and simple yet fun designs.
Kerrie's work has been accepted for publication in Knitty.com, Vickie Howell's book - New Knits on the Block and Shannon Okey's book - Knitgrrl. Kerrie is working on a number of freelance designs for other publications at the moment	.
	In February 2004, Kerrie launched the first edition of MagKnits, an online knitting magazine which is published twice a year. Showing new knitting patterns from designers all around the world, MagKnits receives on average 4000 hits a day.
Kerrie exhibited her work for the first time at Stitch 2005 at Olympia this year where she had a fantastic time and met lots of wonderful people. She will also be at the Knitting and Stitching show at Alexandra Palace in October. Check back for details of any other shows that are planned.
