I'd be happy to help out if you need anyone else. I've done the scarf before, plus I haven't got much on the needles right now, so can easily get it done in time.

I'm not a good enough knitter to help you with this, but I do think I'd like to try the pattern sometime.
Could you just clarify the instructions a bit? Where it says (eg, and not a direct quote) "Row 1: Inc, K1 turn" does the "Inc" bit mean I have to make a stitch, or are you just confirming that this is a an increase part of the scarf as opposed to a decrease? Sorry if I haven't explained myself clearly!
As you can see, I'm quite new to this kind of knitting!

If you haven't got anybody yet I'm willing to give it a go.

wish i was closer than NEW england (vermont) to do this for you...also the problem of managing a household with a husband and two small children cuts into my knitting time. talk to me in about 4 years and i might be able to knit samples for you! :-)
love your work (as they say)...keep it up!

I'd love to knit one (and I'm in the UK). I can do short rows whilst watching tv (dozens of sock heels) but I don't think that I've ever knitted a scarf. Yes, I know it's unbelievable but it didn't feature at the start of my knitting and I don't wear them.
(In case anyone is now wondering, my first knitting project was a horse. In green)

I'd do it. I just finished one in which I used an alternate yarn and some quick calculations to make it for my DH. I'm across the pond, though.

I would happily do it, but there is no way that I can start it and mail it to you in England for when you want it. I really liked that pattern. I probably will do another of the 2 color ones from Malabrigo at some point. Tasty yarn!

I'll give it a go if you like?
I've made a couple of these already - one in Noro Transitions, and one in SWTC bamboo. Both turned out beautifully!
